At WatchCollectors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury timepiece. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our concierge team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the watch in its original presentation box with all certificates, manuals, and warranty cards, then pack it securely inside a shipping box to prevent damage.
Insured Shipping
Affix the provided prepaid insured shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location to ensure your investment is protected during transit.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master watchmakers verify the condition and authenticity of the returned piece, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5 business days.
